The Swiss Youth World-Music Ensemble: a band of aspiring youth musicians in Switzerland between 16 and 26 years of age is completed by prominent international artistes functioning as sectional leaders on the bandstand. The project was founded by Fritz K Renold in 1992 for the 'Bandstand Learning with Role Models' platform that has by now developed into the Jazzaar Festival in Aarau Switzerland.
